Please note!
! Inflatable attractions and carousels (as well as certain sport and competition attractions and equipment) require a continuous power supply of 220V or 380V depending on the attraction. Insufficient power supply or high fluctuations can cause overheating and damage to the motor. If such damage is caused by an inadequate power supply, the cost of repairing the damage will be borne by the customer.
! The attraction must not be more than 40m from the electricity connection (if the distance exceeds 40m, the Customer must pay an additional €14.50 for every additional 10m).
! The rental price does not include staff (except for carousels and certain equipment which cannot operate without our staff). Annels staff is not required for private events up to 30 people, but is mandatory for public events. If the client does not choose to have Annels staff, he must provide his own.
Annels staff shall supervise the technical operation of the attraction and regulate the flow of participants in the attraction (number of visitors at a time, age, etc.). Annels staff does not provide childcare at the attraction!

! The attraction must be placed as far away as possible from hazards such as power lines, etc.
! The area around the attraction must be kept clear of any objects that could cause injury. The clear zone must surround the entire attraction - at least 1.8 m from the enclosed wall of the attraction. There must be at least 3,5m clear from the entrance of the attraction. If the attraction cannot be secured in this way, it shall be secured with sandbags or an alternative solution. If the Customer fails to inform the Contractor of the expected conditions at the installation site and the attraction cannot be secured, the Customer shall be liable for any movement of the attraction due to wind or other external conditions.
! The attraction must be placed on a flat site. The slope of the site must not exceed 5 % in any direction.

! The weight of the attraction is from ~50 to 500 kg, and we deliver it by car to the place specified by the customer. The installation site must therefore be easily accessible without obstructions and no more than 2-3m from the point of vehicular access. In the event of non-compliance with this condition, the Customer shall pay a surcharge of between €7.00 and €25.00 for each metre exceeded, depending on the weight and size of the attraction.
! If the attraction is to be placed indoors or in other locations where access is difficult (steps, etc.), or if it is to be placed higher than the ground floor, the Customer shall pay a surcharge of € 15.00 - 75.00 per floor or 20% of the order amount depending on the weight and size of the attraction.
! Inflatable attractions are intended to be installed on asphalt or lawn; if the attraction is installed on sand, black earth, gravel, etc. or are specially applied with water, or any other operations are carried out which make it difficult to remove and clean the attraction, the Customer shall pay an additional 20% of the total rental amount of the attraction.
! It is forbidden to operate the attractions in bad weather conditions. Bad weather means heavy rain, wind (from 10m/s), thunderstorms, hail, snow, etc.
! The Contractor accepts no responsibility for weather conditions. If the Contractor has delivered and hired the attraction to the Customer and there is bad weather (rain, snow, thunderstorms, etc.) during the rental period which affects the operation of the attraction, the Contractor shall not compensate for this in any way.

! The Customer shall be fully responsible for the care and proper use of the attraction for the purpose of the entertainment. If the attraction is partially or totally damaged during the rental period due to the fault of the Customer, the Customer shall pay the full amount of the damages caused to the company and shall additionally pay a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the contract.
! The Customer undertakes to return the hired attraction within the time and in the order of use.
